DAVID BENAVIDEZ SOLIDIFIES #1 CONTENDER STATUS WITH HUGE WIN: A FIGHT WEEK RECAP

Attending the fight night in support of Agua Plus and David Benavidez were fellow brand ambassadors and stars of the Netflix hit show Cobra Kai, Dallas Dupree Young and Brandon Lee. Sitting ringside for the action packed night, the two actors cheered David on alongside the thousands of fans at T-Mobile arena and graciously took pictures and engaged with every single fan that approached them. All twelve rounds of the fight were marked by both fighters holding nothing back, aggressively pushing forward and exchanging combinations rather than sitting back playing defense. David’s ability to work over Morrell’s body was ultimately the difference maker in the unanimous decision as he landed more punches against Morrell than any previous opponent. Benavidez’s exciting fighting style is clearly winning over fans with every new fight as they appreciate his exciting offensive style. Much of the night involved chants of ‘Benavidez’ and ‘Mexico’ ringing through the air of the T-Mobile arena.
